In my humble opinion, HELL YES! Who the heck wants to come home and look at a fat, sloppy, overeating, non-caring, non-working out, man titty or a chick w/ a triple chin?
Don't get me wrong, everyone needs love, but on the other hand, if you don't care for yourself or take pride in your appearance, than why in the world would someone take pride in you?
Of course a great personality should go along with it, but if the question is "Do looks matter?" - Your damn right it does!
It not only matters in relationships but business too! I wouldn't hire someone that looks sloppy to represent me or my company....
This morning I was watching the HLN and they reported that some girl that works for Hooters was upset because they told her she needed to start working out or she would lose her job - ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm HELLO, did you not know this when you got a job there??? DUH!
It's not like the clientele that goes to Hooters is there for there Hot Wings LOL COME ON! WAKE UP AND SMELL THE MAKE UP!
Then I was reading this article below on if looks are important in a relationship and people that are full of shit will tell you that "personality" is all that should matter - ummmmmmmmmmmm I don't think so! Sexual chemistry is IMPORTANT too and if I can't see you laying on top of me sweat and all, than HOUSTON we have a PROBLEM! LOL!

I guess this topic just burns me up because I don't understand and will never understand how people can go through life just accepting being AVERAGE! No matter what I do, whether it's business or personal, I strive to be the best that I can be because how I carry myself is how people will perceive me so if I walk around sloppy and stank - than that's what people will see!
So I said all of this to say - if you're going through life thinking that looks don't matter, the only person you're fooling is YOURSELF! Now get your FAT SLOPPY A$$ in the gym and making something of yourself! GEEEZ! LOL!
