My thought of the day:
As you "mature", you learn how to pick and choose your battles. You learn that some people aren't worth the battle because their real battle is with themselves but they take it out on everyone else, especially those they feel threatened by and that's because they lack just that - maturity. A mature person often looks to themselves first to see how they can improve or if they somehow contributed to the situation. Instead of pointing the finger, a mature person figures out how to respond differently to it rather than making it someone else's responsibility to change the matter.
Just pray for them for they not know how pathetic they're already making themselves look. There is no need to add fuel to the fire by even engaging in conversation with them let alone arguing with them. They do a good job of making themselves look like a fool all on their own without you having to say a word.
And notice I used the word "mature" because age has nothing to do w/ maturity.
